Horton Construction Company Inc., was started in October of 1981 as a rebar placement specialist partnership and has since become a corporation diversified in General Construction. In 1984, J.L. Horton Sr. became the sole owner and operator of the company and now we are currently in the business of highway, bridge and street construction. We are on the fast track to becoming a major construction firm; able to compete and be the preferred contractor to anyone who is affiliated with this company.
